1. Candidates initial inquiry- Completion of Request for Consideration
   
   
2. Qualification - Completion of application, background check, and financial review
   
   
3. Phone Interview
   
   
4. In-Person Interview & "Discovery Day"
   
   
5. Candidate visits Jade location
   
   
6. Candidate is reviews/approved by Approval Committee
   
   
7. Candidate Attends Signature Day Meeting & Transition to
   Pre-Opening Process
